How do I see live heart rate data from my Polar H10 during a Strength Builder workout?
To see your heart rate in real time during a Strength Builder workout, connect your Polar H10 directly to your iPhone via Bluetooth before starting the workout in Tryon AI.
If you instead connect the H10 through Polar Beat, your heart rate data is only written to Apple Health after you end the workout in Polar Beat. As a result, Tryon AI will sync the data after the workout has finished, rather than displaying it live during the session.
For real-time heart rate in Tryon AI:
Pair your Polar H10 directly with your iPhone using Bluetooth.
Open Tryon AI and start your Strength Builder workout.
During a Strength Builder workout, Tryon AI reads live heart rate measurements directly from the connected Bluetooth sensor.
How do I see live heart rate data from my Garmin watch?
Live heart rate data from Garmin watches is not currently supported in Tryon AI.
What does Nutrients in Data Sources do?
Nutrients in Data Sources controls where your nutrient amounts come from, not your food logs or Nutrition Score. This means you can use a different data source for nutrients while still receiving a Nutrition Score in Tryon AI.
