Tryon AI and Apple calculate heart rate zones differently:
Tryon AI: Supports multiple heart-rate-zone methods, including percentage of maximum heart rate, heart-rate reserve, lactate threshold, and custom zones. The method used depends on your Tryon AI settings.
Apple: Uses heart rate reserve
If you want consistency between the two, you can manually adjust your zones in Tryon AI settings.
